I've spent five years studying Ancient Greek and Latin and have a Master's degree in Classical Archaeology. My undergraduate work was both in classics (Ancient Greek and Roman history) and American history - I studied in Boston, which is the perfect place to work on early American history! I have experience tutoring beginning and intermediate Latin students, helping students to prep for the SAT reading and writing sections (through practice exercises in grammar, vocabulary [Greek and Latin roots], and example questions). I have also tutored middle school and high school students in reading and writing skills, especially grammar and essay writing/research skills.
